Sculptor
“Lately I’ve been making doors and windows – carved from wood or projected on a wall, window frame or a real window as a video installation. These venues are always mirroring real places, however giving the impression of a surreal world. Within the human-built environments, I mix time and space, or twist them around in themselves. through these practices I try to create time and space illusions, within which the viewer needs to overwrite the boundaries of their basic sensors – thus encouraging them to become open to the absorption of information that is not created by the reality-generator of the media.”
